Please note that due to EU and international regulations regarding cosmetic and fragrance products, we are currently unable to ship outside of Great Britain. This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and all international destinations.

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on the selected method and your location.

Shipping Costs:

• We use Royal Mail for the majority of our shipping and all parcels are sent via a tracked method.. Postage Costs start at £5.00 for Tracked 48.

International Shipping:

• We do not offer international shipping due to EU and international regulations.

Returns and Exchanges:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
